Cutting
The consultation is the appointment.
Before anything happens we talk about what you do with your hair between visits — whether you blow-dry it, whether you tie it up by ten in the morning, how long you actually have. A cut that only works when somebody else styles it is not a cut that works.
Curl and texture
Cut dry where it makes sense, so what you see in the chair is what you get on day three.
Fringe trims
Free between appointments. Book it, sit down, five minutes, out.
Long hair
No surprise surcharge. If it takes longer, that is already in the price you were quoted.
Colour
Grown out on purpose, not by accident.
Most people do not want to be back every four weeks, so we plan colour around how often you actually intend to come in. That usually means placing it so the regrowth line is soft, and being upfront when what you have asked for will need maintenance you have already told us you do not want.
Every colour appointment includes a toner and a treatment. Anything beyond that — a second process, a correction, extra product for very long hair — is quoted at the consultation, before the first foil goes in.
Balayage and foils
Placed for the growing-out phase as much as the first week.
Root touch-up
Booked at a gap that suits you, not a gap that suits us.
Gloss and toner
Between appointments, to keep the tone where you left it.
Colour correction
Quoted in person. Sometimes it is two visits, and we will say so.
