New homes
Single and double storey on your own block. We will build from our drawings or yours — if you have already been through a draftsman, we are happy to price that set rather than start again.
Before contract we survey the site properly and price the site costs, because that is where most budget blowouts are born. If your block has fall, rock or a tricky easement, you will hear about it from us before you sign, not after the excavator arrives.
Extensions
Second storeys and rear additions on houses people like too much to sell. These are the jobs where sequencing matters most — done properly, you can usually keep living in the house through a fair bit of it.
We will tell you honestly at quoting stage which weeks will be unliveable. Nobody enjoys finding that out on the day the roof comes off.
Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and whole-of-house jobs where the shell stays and everything inside it goes. Structural work, re-wiring and re-plumbing are all handled in house or by trades we have used for years.
Small jobs are welcome. If a bathroom is all you need, that is a real job to us, not a favour.
