No traffic limits
Unlimited bandwidth, so a busy month or a popular post won’t add extra bandwidth charges.
Business email included
Get up to 5 email addresses using your domain, such as info@yourbusiness.com.au, with 5 GB of shared storage. Additional addresses are $15 per year each.
Hourly backups
Your website is backed up hourly, so it can be restored if something goes wrong. Restoration time depends on the issue.
Free SSL certificate
An SSL certificate helps protect information sent between your website and its visitors. It renews automatically.
Your domain, looked after
Your domain is registered in your name. We can help manage renewals and remind you when it’s time to renew.

Hosting options, clearly explained
Included in every care plan
Care plans start at $49 per month and include Australian hosting, business email, SSL, updates, security scanning and backups. Domain renewal is an additional $35 per year, billed separately.
Build only
Prefer to manage your website yourself? Choose build only and we’ll help you transfer your website to your own host, who then provides your hosting, business email and SSL. Every new website package includes the domain for the first 12 months, then domain renewal is $35 per year, billed separately. Australian hosting, business email and SSL come with every care plan from launch.

Where possible, we’ll schedule the changeover for a quieter time to reduce disruption to your customers.
Your domain stays yours
Your domain remains registered in your name. If a transfer code is needed, we’ll show you where to find it.
Using a website builder?
Websites built on platforms such as Wix or Squarespace usually can’t be transferred as they are. We can discuss rebuilding your site on WordPress and confirm the price before work begins.
