Every website is built on WordPress, with LiteSpeed caching configured to support faster loading. There are no lock-in contracts, and ongoing care is optional. Your website remains yours.

Hosting and care from launch.
Each website goes live on the care plan that suits it, billed monthly in advance from launch: Get Noticed and Get Connected on Kept Running at $49 per month, Get Growing on Kept Current at $99 per month, and online stores on Kept Trading at $169 per month. Care plans include Australian hosting, business email, SSL and support, so you won’t pay twice for hosting. If you don’t have a domain yet, we’ll help you choose one and register it in your name; your domain is included for the first 12 months, then $35 per year. Only want the build? That’s fine. We’ll help you transfer your website to your own host, who then provides your hosting, business email and SSL. Cancel any time; your website remains yours.
Changes and support
How many changes are included in our website design prices?
We’ll work with you to get the design and wording right before launch. Your package includes two rounds of changes, and we’re happy to make small adjustments along the way. Larger changes to the agreed design or scope may incur an additional cost.
Two rounds of changes while we build
As we build your website, you can request two rounds of changes to the layout, images and wording. Small corrections between rounds—such as fixing a typo, correcting a phone number or replacing an image—are included and do not count as a separate round.
After that, it is your call
If you need more changes, we’ll confirm the cost before starting. Or choose a care plan from $49 per month to keep routine website updates covered.
Care plans include small content updates, such as changing text, replacing images, updating contact details and making minor layout adjustments. New pages, redesigns and additional functionality are quoted separately.
30 days of fixes after it goes live
If something we agreed to provide isn’t working as intended, we’ll fix it at no extra charge during the first 30 days after launch. This covers corrections to the agreed website, not new pages or additional functionality.
What’s yours
The website is yours. Here’s exactly what that means.
A lot of web agencies stay vague about ownership. We don’t. Your domain, website, content and access are set up so you know exactly what belongs to you from the beginning.
The domain is registered in your name
You’re the registered holder, not us. We can manage it for you, but the domain licence remains yours.
The design and copy become yours on final payment
Once the final invoice is paid, the website design and copy we created for you are yours to keep, change or take elsewhere.
Built on WordPress, not a system we invented
Your website is built on WordPress, one of the world’s most widely used website platforms. If you ever change developers, another experienced WordPress developer can take over.
You get your own login
We show you how everything works at handover, so you can update basic things like prices, phone numbers, opening hours and content yourself.
If you ever want to leave, we help you leave
If you decide to move your website, we’ll provide a copy of your website, the access details and the information your new provider needs to help with the transfer.
Your business accounts stay yours
Any Google, analytics or other business accounts we connect to your website remain in your name. We work with your accounts — we don’t make your business dependent on ours.

We manage the hosting
Your website is hosted through us so we can handle backups, updates and support properly. If you ever want to move to your own host or another provider, we’ll help transfer it across. You’re not locked in.
Some premium tools are licensed through us
Your website may use premium software covered by our agency licence. If you ever move away, the site will keep working, but you may need your own licence to continue receiving updates and support. We’ll tell you exactly what’s required before anything changes.
Payment
How payment works
Simple and upfront. No card fees built into your price, and no surprises.
The build
A 50% deposit gets us started, and the balance is due when your website is ready to launch. Both are paid by bank transfer on a tax invoice.
Monthly plans
Care plans are paid monthly by direct debit through GoCardless. Pay 12 months in advance by bank transfer and save 5%.
No card payments
We don’t take credit card payments. Card fees add up, and leaving them out helps keep our prices where they are.
Tax invoice every time
Every payment comes with a tax invoice showing GST, ready for your bookkeeping.

Care plans
