First 12 months included. Every package comes with your domain, Australian hosting, business email and SSL certificate for the first year. If you do not have a domain yet, we will help you choose one and register it in your name. After that it is $449 a year to keep all four running, or from $49 a month on a care plan that adds hourly backups, all updates and small text changes on top. Cancel whenever you like; the site stays yours either way.
Changes and support
How many changes are included?
Nobody gets every detail right the first time. That’s why your website includes clear opportunities to review the design and wording before launch.
Two rounds of changes while we build
Once you see the website, you can request two full rounds of changes to the layout, images and wording. Small corrections between rounds—such as a typo, incorrect phone number or swapped image—are included and do not count as a separate round.

After that, it is your call
For additional changes, we will confirm the price before starting, so you always know the cost upfront. Or, choose a care plan from $49 per month and keep small website updates covered.
Care plans include small content updates such as changing text, replacing images, updating contact details and making minor layout adjustments. New pages, redesigns and additional functionality are quoted separately.
30 days of fixes after it goes live
If something we agreed to provide is not working as intended during the first 30 days after launch, we will fix it at no extra charge. This applies to corrections and agreed website features, not new pages or additional functionality.
What’s yours
The website is yours. Here’s exactly what that means.
A lot of web agencies stay vague about ownership. We don’t. Your domain, website, content and access are set up so you know exactly what belongs to you from the beginning.
The domain is registered in your name
You’re the registered holder, not us. We can manage it for you, but the domain licence remains yours.
The design and copy become yours on final payment
Once the final invoice is paid, the website design and copy we created for you are yours to keep, change or take elsewhere.
Built on WordPress, not a system we invented
Your website is built on WordPress, one of the world’s most widely used website platforms. If you ever change developers, another experienced WordPress developer can take over.
You get your own login
We show you how everything works at handover, so you can update basic things like prices, phone numbers, opening hours and content yourself.
If you ever want to leave, we help you leave
We hand over your website files, access details and the information your new provider needs. No unnecessary delays and no making it difficult.
Your business accounts stay yours
Any Google, analytics or other business accounts we connect to your website remain in your name. We work with your accounts — we don’t make your business dependent on ours.

We manage the hosting
Your website is hosted through us so we can handle backups, updates and support properly. If you ever want to move to your own host or another provider, we’ll help transfer it across. You’re not locked in.
Some premium tools are licensed through us
Your website may use premium software covered by our agency licence. If you ever move away, the site will keep working, but you may need your own licence to continue receiving updates and support. We’ll tell you exactly what’s required before anything changes.
