Logo design

Logo design
Choose from three initial logo concepts, then refine your preferred design through two rounds of changes. You’ll receive PNG, SVG and PDF files in full colour and a version for dark backgrounds, sized for your website, social media and signage. Source files are included, and the finished logo is yours to use.
Business card design

Business card design
Print-ready business card artwork using your logo and website colours, with a QR code that takes people straight to your website. $149 for one-sided or $199 for two-sided. You receive print-ready files, so you can print them wherever you like. Printing is also available, quoted to suit your quantity and card stock.
Email signature

Email signature
A branded email signature with your logo, phone number, website and social links, so every email you send looks professional. We design it to match your website and send it ready to paste into your email app, with simple instructions.
Product photography

Product photography
We photograph products on a plain background, ready for your online store or website. The minimum call-out is $500 and includes up to 10 images. Each additional image is $39. We’ll bring the equipment and photograph the products at your location. Retouching, background removal and other work are quoted separately.
Custom template building

Custom template building
We can build a custom page template around a process your business uses. For example, a quote template could pull product names and prices from your website. You select the items you need and generate a formatted quote to send. The reusable template can help make future quotes quicker to prepare.
Extra products
From $300 per 25 products
Extra products
Get Selling includes 50 products written and added to your store. Extra products are added in blocks of 25: $300 per 25 when you supply the product descriptions, or $450 per 25 when we write them for you.
Each block includes image uploads and sizing, prices, stock details, supplied weights and dimensions, and category setup. Send the details using our template or provide a CSV export from Xero, MYOB or your point-of-sale system, and we’ll upload the products for you.
Holiday & closure banners

A Christmas and holiday closure banner for your website that’s yours to keep. Update the dates and message whenever you need, turn it on when you close, and turn it off again when you’re back. No need to pay for a new banner each year.

AI assistant

AI assistant
An AI chat assistant for your website, set up to answer common customer questions using information you provide about your services, prices and policies. If a visitor needs a personal response, the assistant directs them to your phone number or contact form.
The $29 monthly plan includes up to 20 customer questions a week. Additional question blocks or a higher usage plan may cost extra.

Premium plugins
Some features require a paid plugin. We’ll explain the licence cost before you commit and can register the licence in your name. Setup is quoted once we know which plugin you need and includes installation, configuration and testing. Larger features, such as online bookings, memberships or multi-vendor stores, are quoted separately once we know what you need.
Xero or MYOB integration

Xero or MYOB integration
Connect your website products with your Xero or MYOB items by matching them by SKU. Setup includes configuring the sync plugin and registering its licence in your name. A typical small product range starts at $450, plus the plugin licence. We’ll confirm the total cost before starting, as larger product ranges may require more work. Your domain is included with every website package for the first 12 months. After that, renewal is $35 per year. We can register a new domain or transfer an existing one at no extra charge. The domain is registered in your name.
Business email
Included with every care plan
Business email
Your care plan includes up to five email addresses at your domain, sharing 5GB of storage. We’ll set up the email accounts and provide the details you need to add them to your preferred email app. If you need help setting them up on your phone or computer, we can help. Extra addresses are $15 per year each and include 1GB of storage.
Business phone setup

We’ll set up your office desk phone remotely (Yealink, Grandstream and most other VoIP phones), with no site visit needed. You plug it in, and we connect it to your phone line and test your calls. Each extra handset is $89. Add an on-hold message for $149: send us your recorded message and we’ll upload it with our on-hold music.
SEO & AI search optimisation

Up to 10 pages — $349. Up to 20 pages — $449. Each extra page is $20.
Includes keyword research, page titles, descriptions, headings and image descriptions, Google Search Console and Analytics setup, a written SEO report showing everything we checked and changed, and a blog post template. Set up so your business can be found on Google and in AI search answers. Done within 7 days.
Online stores also get an AI prompt for writing product descriptions. New service or location pages are $150 each.
SEO can support your visibility in search results, but specific rankings or positions can’t be guaranteed.
Google Business Profile setup

We’ll set up a new Google Business Profile or improve an existing one by adding details such as your services, service areas, opening hours, photos and business description. We’ll also help you through Google’s verification process and link the profile to your website. Google controls verification and how your profile appears in search results and Maps.

Make it easy for happy customers to leave a review. You’ll get your Google review link as a QR code, a printable counter card, and a ready-to-send “please review us” text message and email you can send after every job.
Google Shopping and ads

Google Shopping and ads
We’ll connect your online store to Google Merchant Center, prepare your product feed and set up your first Shopping campaign. The $299 monthly management fee covers feed checks, resolving product listing issues and campaign adjustments. Google charges advertising costs separately to your own payment method, and you control the ad budget.
Facebook ads setup

Facebook ads setup
We’ll create your Facebook ad, aim it at customers in your area and lock in a spending limit so it never goes over your budget. You pay Meta directly for the ads. Each month we manage your ad, check the results and adjust it to bring in more enquiries.

Stay in touch with past and future customers. We’ll set up a Mailchimp account with a branded email template that matches your website, and add a sign-up box to your website so visitors can join your mailing list.
Monthly blog and content

Monthly blog and content
We’ll plan, write and publish useful articles based on questions your customers ask. Each article includes images, a search-friendly page title and description, and links to relevant pages on your website. One article per month is $349; two articles per month are $599, saving $99 a month. Articles can support your search visibility over time, but search rankings and enquiries aren’t guaranteed.

Receive a plain-English report each month covering your Google performance. It can include the searches where your website appears, Google Business Profile activity, calls and direction requests, and new reviews and your star rating. Each report includes a short summary of what’s working and what you could consider doing next.

See who is visiting your website and where they’re coming from. We’ll set up Google Analytics with a live visitor map, connect it to your website and check it’s recording correctly. You’ll see visitor numbers, the pages people view, and whether they found you through Google, Facebook or elsewhere.

Reduce repetitive store admin with custom tools designed around your products, suppliers and processes.
- Supplier price updates: Compare supplier price lists with your website and update matching products and variations where the data allows.
- Sales and multi-buy offers: Set up offers such as “Buy 2, save 3%” and show customers how much they could save by adding another item.
- Xero or MYOB product data: Prepare product and cost files for accounting imports. The setup depends on the data your systems can export and import.
- Stock availability checks: Use available supplier stock data to flag out-of-stock or coming-soon products for review.
- Custom quote tools: Create quote templates that pull product details and prices from your website.
- Scheduled promotions: Set banners and discounts to end on a chosen date.
