What we do: We keep WordPress, your theme and plugins up to date, and check your website after updates. If something isn’t working, we’ll investigate and, if needed, restore a backup.

What we do: We manage updates and check your website afterwards. Regular backups give us a restore point if something goes wrong.

What we do: We use Australian hosting and include speed and health checks every three months with Kept Current and Kept Trading.

If an update or other issue affects your website, a recent backup can help restore its pages and content.

Where your site is hosted
Your website is hosted on Australian servers in an account we manage. You won’t need to deal with another hosting provider or manage a separate hosting login. We’ll look after the hosting and let you know when something needs your attention.
Prefer to look after it yourself?
If you prefer to manage your own hosting, choose build only and we’ll help you transfer your website to your own host. Without a care plan, hosting, business email and SSL are provided by your own host. Your domain is included for the first 12 months with every website package and renews separately at $35 per year.
What a plan does not cover
New pages, redesigns and additional features are quoted separately. Care plans cover the website services listed in each plan; they don’t include unlimited design or development work. We’ll explain any additional costs before starting extra work.
No lock-in
You can request cancellation at any time, with no exit fee. We require at least 30 days’ written notice, and your plan and monthly billing continue until the end of the calendar month that falls on or after your notice period. Your website remains yours. If you leave, we’ll provide a full copy of your website, the access details needed to move it, and release your domain to you. Any third-party software licences remain subject to their providers’ terms. If you’ve paid in advance and cancel early, unused months are refunded the following month, with the months used charged at the standard monthly price.
