Every package is a complete, working website on its own. These are the things some businesses need and others never will — so you only pay for them if you want them. All prices include GST.

Logo design
Three concepts to choose from, then two rounds of changes on the one you pick. You get it in PNG, SVG and PDF, in full colour plus a reversed version for dark backgrounds, sized for your website, your social profiles and signage. Source files included, and it is yours outright.
Minimum $500 call-out, Melbourne only
Product photography
Straightforward product shots on a plain background, ready to drop into your store or website. $500 is the minimum call-out fee and covers up to 10 images, then $39 for each image after that. We shoot these ourselves, so it is Melbourne only. Retouching, background removal and anything more involved is quoted separately once we know what you are after.

SEO optimisation
On a single-page site, $350 buys the one search term worth owning. We rebuild the page around it and fix the headings, page title and meta description, add business schema so Google reads your details properly, connect Search Console and line up your Google Business Profile with the site. On a multi-page site, $750 buys keyword research on the services you actually want more of, then up to five new pages written and built around them, usually service or suburb pages, with page titles, meta descriptions and internal linking done properly. Either way this is the groundwork that makes ranking possible over months; nobody honest sells you a position.

Custom template building
A page layout designed around how your business really works, rather than fitting you into an arrangement that already exists. For example, a quote template that pulls your products and prices straight from the website, so you tick the items you need and the quote fills itself in, priced and formatted, ready to send. You get the design, the build, and the layout saved as a reusable template, so every one after that takes minutes instead of hours.

AI assistant
A chat assistant that answers the questions you get asked twenty times a week, using your own services, prices and policies. Setup covers writing its answers, connecting it to the site and testing it properly before it goes live. The monthly fee covers the service it runs on and keeping its answers current as things change.

Extra products
Get Selling covers 50 products written and loaded. Each block of 25 beyond that includes the description written, images placed and sized, price, stock, weight and dimensions set, and the product filed into the right categories so it turns up in search and filters instead of sitting there invisible. Getting us the details is easy: we send you a simple template to fill in, or if you already run Xero, MYOB or a point-of-sale system, export your product list to a CSV and we work straight from that. Either way we load it all for you.
$95 per plugin, plus the licence
Premium plugins
Some features need a paid plugin licence. We tell you exactly what the licence costs before you commit and register it in your name, so it stays yours if you ever move on. Setup is $95 per plugin, which covers installing it, configuring it properly and testing it on your site. Bigger systems such as online booking, memberships or multi-vendor stores are a lot more than an hour of work, so those we quote once we know what you need.
First year included
Domain registration
Your domain is included for the first 12 months with every package. After that it is $35 a year. We will register a new one or move an existing domain across at no charge, and it stays registered in your name.
