Cancel my care plan

Please give us at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel your care plan. Your plan and monthly billing will continue until the end of the calendar month that falls on or after your 30-day notice period.
For example, if we receive your notice on 15 March, your 30-day notice period ends on 14 April. Your plan will end on 30 April, and billing will continue until then.
